Matt Conway, a native of the Philadelphia area, has 10 years bottom-up experience in construction. A former football Division 1 Defense stand-out for the University of Louisville, Matt applies all his substantial physical & mental powers to his craft. Matt lives in Kill Devil Hills.

Mike Conway, a former TV executive for Fox, Paramount and Viacom - in Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, and Tampa - is responsible for marketing and business administration for Conway Construction & Design. Mike is a native of Chicago and served with the US Marine Corps in the Republic of Vietnam. Unlike his son, he has absolutely no athletic ability.
